Lion Air review by Danny 2015-07-07

Flights from Bangkok (Don Muang) to Chiang Mai and back This must have been one of my best airline experiences ever and I have flown quite a bit in both economy and business. The check in went very smoothly with only limited and organised waiting. I must say that I was well on time and my luggage was well within limits which is rather important for low cost airlines. Whereas I had always been thinking that the ultimate flight attendants were those from Singapore Airlines I must admit I was wrong all that time... the Lion Air flight crew looks at least as charming and friendly! Unfortunately the flight is so short and there is no meal service so the interreaction is rather limited... Back to the flight itself: these were both very punctual: pull back even a few minutes before scheduled departure. Overall, there is nothing negative about this flight I can mention here. I appreciate that other people may have other experiences but it does not have to be all negative all the time.
