Singapore Airlines review by Ian 2013-06-26

Singapore airlines are terrific their quality of service is second to none. That great service starts right from the booking experience where we had to contact staff over an online booking recently. Helpful and polite always. We fly very frequently to the UK from Auckland and have done so since 1980 we have flown SIA many times during that period although I will say not exclusively. We have always come back to SIA because of the poor service on some of these other airlines. The age of SIA fleet is one of the youngest in the world and they are maintained in tip top condition. A big attraction too for kiwis is that they fly to Singapore direct from Auckland unlike some of their Gulf and Aussie competitors who have other stops that add to the journey time
