Air New Zealand review by Tom 2016-12-27

Sky Couch is another high priced rip off. Boy did I ever get suckered by purchasing this upgrade. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase after experiencing a lack of space between seats. The seats in front of you can still recline into your area making the couch just about useless. So this was an expensive mistake $600USD each way between LAX and Auckland. I did not do my due diligence like I normally do and got burnt by this useless upgrade. This was my first time flying Air NZ and was not happy. This offering should be abandoned by Air NZ because it is a rip off for anyone larger than a child. I now see Air NZ is just like the rest. EDITORS COMMENT: The idea behind the sky couch is that two people can lie flat or rest their legs horizontally with the extra seat space and seat length.
