Booked this flight 250 miles from home because it was the "cheapest" i could find. Took me almost 2 hours to check in with them because they were so discombobulated and i literally had to run to my gate after security and made it after the "30 second warning." I was so so angry about the $55 carry-on fee too. I am having my friend carry it on the flight home for free on her flight. Overall after the stress of this airline and the price gouging, i will spread the word.
