Lufthansa review by Basil 2015-12-23

Lufthansa suspended my International flight to Kuwait because I missed a domestic flight a week ago under the same reservation but with a different airlines. The staff was very rude and one of them claimed to be the supervisor after she could not reach her supervisor. In understand that this may be common policy among all airlines but I nor my travel agency received any notification of my flight cancellation during the week. I had no where to stay in Philadelphia and I am stuck here until I figure out a way to pay for a new flight ticket. I did not receive any sort of refund from Lufthansa even though technically the flight was cancelled a week before and my ticket was already sold to someone else according to the staff.
