They didn't register my bag, sent it in the luggage storage and told me that I had no luggage with me....they didn't want to look for it, didn't believe and treat me very badly, threatening me to put me off the flight...And guess what? they "discovered" it 2 days after in Sydney, where I was checked-in! Who was wrong then? This is not the worst, for security reason, they didn't want to ship it...but they finally did it 24 hours later and I received it just before going back home. Worst part: I wrote 3 emails, one letter, tried to call them. No asnwer at all after one month!! This is a shame! Qantas = No More for me, let's try Virgin or any other airflight company!
