I have had several flights with them, I do think they are a great airlines! much better than many legacy carriers out there! would fly them again! just the negative thing: they tell you to check online, which does not really help on US flights as they refuse your mobile boarding pass and print another one for you anyways.... it's 2015 jetblue, even in Brazil we now fly paperless! wake up!
