Jetstar Asia review by Megan 2015-07-05

I recently flew Gold Coast to Melbourne on a JetStar plane, as it is a low cost aircraft you can expect an amazing experience. We where delayed 2 hours because one member of crew flew out to Sydney instead of our flight, very frustrating that there was absolutely no technical faults with the plane but it was the airlines fault that they are not prepared for such circumstances as one of their crew members having to leave. The flight was not to bad, cabin crew and captain where lovely and apologized for the delay and where very kind. When we landed we then waited 15 minuets for a bay to open, and in the end ended up going on the tarmac. Overall was not pleased with the experience, JetStar could be more prepared but lovely cabin crew and Captain.
