We had three internal flights with Delta in August 2013. The third flight was 30 minutes late taking off but we were kept fully informed by the gate crew. All cabin crew staff were great - attentive and courteous at all times. Oh that Qantas staff could be as good! Would travel Delta again if the chance arises.
