Economy Class

We flew from Stockholm to Bangkok and the flight itself was okey but when my boyfriends baggage didn't arrive in Bangkok the good experience of Norwegian came to an end. Norwegians costumer service is terrible, they missinformed us, was rude and only seemed interested in letting us know that they will not do anything to try to find the lost bag and that they will not help us or compensate us for all the costs that the lost baggage ended up costing us. It has now been over 2 weeks and they still have not reached out to us with any information. They did not let us know that we indeed had the right to purchase clothes and hygienproducts and that they are supposed to bring the luggage to our final destination when they find it. Their costumer service is the worst I have ever experienced, so to sum it up: Norwegian is a good airline if everything goes as planned, but if not, don't expect any information, help or costumer service what so ever.
