Whenever I told my friends I am travelling to Osaka with Air India, every one of them questioned why I chose this airline. Well, it is the cheapest among all. However, the flight itself really impressed me. With a B787 Dreamliner, although, on some seats, some of the USB chargers were not working and seemed to be falling off, but the service (although the crew forgot my special meal on both flights), the food, on-time service and the overall comfort in the plane really impressed me. The cabin was spacious, also, like in my previous reviews on other airlines, the crew did give me some quiet time on board. No one came around trying to sell duty free stuffs, gifts... etc, which is a plus. One negative comment on the flight was with the ground staff in Hong Kong (sorry to say, not fully accountable by Air India, but SATS, the ground service agent), they were rude and unbelievable. They shout at me and questioned me where my boarding pass was when I landed at Hong Kong, walked out of the aircraft, and that is supposed to be my hometown, what's the rationale behind asking me for my boarding pass which I am not supposed to board onto any aircraft again? Ridicious!
