Traveled on BOS-CDG & CDG-DEL and back across multiple 777-300/200 versions. Very poor customer service at check-in counters except at CDG. Filthy aircrafts, appalling cabin crew, average and cold food were the norm; at least in economy. The service seems to be headed downhill with ever passing year! In all probability my last trip with Air France. South Asian airlines are far better and Middle Eastern are not far behind.
