Just had a terrible flight with SAS.. Rerouted due to "cancelled" flight.. And even with enough time between planes they still managed to forget to get my luggage to the next flight.. And the overnight package they provide, what a joke.. a t-shirt and toothbrush.. What about underwear/socks etc.. Not the first time this happens either.. It seems like they have a nack for reroutes and failing to get the baggage to the destination.. The whole Star-Alliance seems to be gasping for air to cope with the competition, and cutting down on thing after thing.. Last time i'm flying with SAS or any of their partners....
