Spirit Airlines review by Joann 2015-10-27

I flew to Vagas on 10/19 and returned 10/21/15. No problem with the carry on bag, The flight left on time unlike what reviews said, we even arrived on time wow! Returning the flight boarded on time but this time I was asked to step to the side because my bag will not fit under the seat, I said my bag coming was put in the overhead bend and upon leaving it will be put in the overhead bins, why she started yelling YOUR BAG WANT FIT UNDER THE SEAT!! I said once more the bag is going in the overhead bins ! She was clearly getting upset and said you have two choices leave your bag or pay $100.00 so please I have been earnest about my trip please READ the reviews first before you buy a ticket, I read them after the fact and others were warning about them making people pay for carry-on luggage. I will never use them again! Once on the plane I noticed many with suitcases that were way bigger than my shoulder bag so I asked some of them if anyone said anything to them and found out they were charged $100. as well! I promise you if you go to their web site and read the reviews you want beleive it but believe!!!! EDITORS COMMENT: The overhead bins were probably full so that's why she needed you to check the bag in.
