Beijing to Xian, Xian to Wuhan. A-320 Airbus. Very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the flight. Having heard (admittedly old) horror stories about Chinese internal flights I'm pleased to say the old stories definitely have no current validity. Cabin staff were great, snacks adequate for a short run flight and all in all the flights were every bit as good as internal flights in Australia. Which is to say pretty good. All the fellow travelers were great too - 85% locals I think.
