Aeroflot review by Stephen 2013-06-11

I actually like Aeroflot but most people laugh when I tell them I often use them, saying it is not safe. Despite some quality issues I have always felt safe with them. I will accept the little problems such as poor in-flight entertainment for the low-cost airfares. I'm pleased to know now that my trust in their safety is proven in their rating of 7/7. 4/7 for the service is no surprise, but I think this will improve over coming years, particularly with the approach of the 2018 World Cup.
