Oh the pain! You've been sitting on those hard bench airport seats waiting to board your plane, you sit down and..., you're sitting on one of those hard bench seats for the duration of your flight. Then there are all those fees that in my experience add-up to a final price that is no less than other carriers. My "favorite" is the $10 fee to use a credit card for payment (your alternative is to go the airport and buy your ticket in-person and pay with cash). Need a boarding pass, it's $5 to print it at the airport. It's no bargain, and it's an unpleasant experience from the purchase as you discover one hidden fee after another, to the check-in where you will wait in a long line because there is no staff at the check-in counter earlier than two hours before the flight (so everyone gets there at the same time and a long line is unavoidable). Hope the security line is running smoothly, otherwise it will be a tense two hours as you wait in both lines and hope you don't miss your flight.
