Dear Austrian, I just wanted to thank you for your excellent service. My brother (14 years old, an unaccompanied minor) was 'offloaded' for no reason in a foreign city and left stranded for more than 7 hours before we could find someone to help him. Meanwhile his luggage made the flight and is now arriving at the destination without him. My little brother is a member of the Vienna boys choir, I am glad you have such respect and care for your world-wide representatives. I can say whole heartedly that we will not be re-booking ever again.
