Air Asia are appalling and incompetent air line, they rescheduled our flights and on the return leg our flight back to Sydney from Kuala Lumpur was schedule to leave 6 hours before we arrived in Kuala Lumpur from Sri Lanka. Even today Air Asia doesn't seem to understand their mistake.No way to phone email eform live chat extremely stressful and disappointing. EDITORS COMMENT: There should be on your email a number to call to reschedule this flight as the airline will automatically put you on an alternative - i.e. a day earlier or a day later but if this is not suitable there will be contact details that allow you to change again or get a refund. I would definitely chase this us as quickly as you can.
