Economy Class

Took a flight from Cleveland to Las Vegas. After sitting on the plane for 30 minutes due to a computer issue we were told to get off and go get something to eat come back in an hour. Within minutes I received a text saying the flight was delayed another 9hr 20min. All they initially offered was a $15 food voucher AFTER THEY TOLD US TO GO EAT. In the end my flight was delayed 10hrs I lost my rental car, a night stay at the resort that I couldn't be refunded for and spent my birthday in the airport. And for all that they only offered me a $100 voucher for another flight. They do not value their customers at all! $100 is an insult and my time is and was definitely worth more than $100. I called customer service and was hung up on 3 times! When I complained to the staff at the terminal they stated that their own employers customer service "professionals" were "HORRIBLE". Thats pretty sad!!
