Stuck in Houston Hobby Airport and I am trying to get home asap. My mother fell and broke her hip. Southwest will not help. They want 301.00 to get an earlier flight. I came to the airport early to try to get a earlier flight, now stuck here in the only restaurant until 7:50 PM. This airline has no heart.
