I just had the WORST customer service experience ever using Frontier Airlines. The representative at the counter at McCarran Airport was rude, unfriendly and unwilling to assist in any way. It is ridiculous that Frontier Airlines system would assign separate seats to a reservation that was booked together and check-in was completed at the same time. Even more unbelievable is the fact that NO ONE seems to be able to make any adjustment to the reservation unless I pay a ridiculous fee for a seat. I understand paying a fee if I want a better seat as other airlines do, but not the seat that's included with our reservation. I would never use Frontier Airlines again and will make sure to inform my friends and family to make sure they never make the same mistake.
