The flight was ok, 2 hrs travel to Croatia. Staff were nice, plane very basic . Disappointed in having paid £70.00 for seat allocation and heavy baggage charges. To be honest by the time you have paid for the seats , flights and baggage it would be the same price as BA. PlusAirportline airport transfer was appalling. They forgot to collect my family of 5 - 3 small children. Very bad experience and no compensation. Ryan should not use this company .. Poor quality service.. First and last time flying with this air line
