Economy Class

HORRIBLE experience. 4 hour delay on a flight. Call center was useless and had me on hold on and off for 30 minutes; they also did not give me correct information. In-airport staff was rude and had 0 customer service. There are plenty of budget airlines in Thailand, do not use Thai Lion Air!!!! Absolutely worst airline experience.
