Air Canada review by Shubham 2016-11-22

I flew with Air Canada two days ago. I booked my flight from Houston to Calgary to Edmonton. Simple right? First.. on a flight over 4 hours they didn't even offer a snack. No peanuts no cookies, nothing like what West Jet does for this route. Only drinks. And second. I was called for secondary as this is my first time in Canada in a tourist visa. So I went to secondary and my buggage was brought there and I got questioned and quizzed then released with my buggage. I proceeded as I was told and instructed to recheck in. Which I did just that. I went to a air canada counter and rechecked in my buggage that where labeled and marked to go to Edmonton since I checked in the first time. Shouldn't be a problem? So I dropped my baggage and waited over 2 hours before my flight was to board. Once I got to Edmonton, my luggage was no where to be seen. I went to report and was told I can expect it in the morning. Well now, no one knows where my luggage is. No one answers the phone. No one does anything to help. My luggage just vanished in a small airport like Calgary? What is this Air Canada. Will never ever book with air canada! Not a single person can say where my luggage is.
