Jetstar review by Sandra 2016-10-23

I paid for 15 kg check in baggage even though its incredibly expensive because i am slightly over the limit every time i go on a 3-day business trip. What i dont understand is why i have to check in the baggage if the weight has been paid for. My bag was 9 kg, and i had a 1.5kg purse which i would have tucked under my seat. The staff was really not flexible and unfriendly when i asked if i could take my luggage with me. The way the rules are set up for baggage makes it incredibly difficult to use jetstar for business travel, i dont want to check in my luggage each time, i use a cabin sized bag for a reason! If its due to safety, allow for a split across two pieces, or find a different solution! Also, the plane was dirty.
