SAS review by Margarita 2015-04-22

The aircraft is old and some equipment doesn't work. Most of the staff is very indifferent and uncaring. The entertainment did not work, nor did the overhead light. I was told that it's because the plane was a loaner from Chile. I don't know if that's true, but they need to have things work on flights that are 9+ hours and on a full plane..
