Flew Economy
I have a very negative experience with this company.
1. Flight Saint-Petersburg, Russia – Yerevan, Armenia was delayed – scheduled time was 8-30 a.m. but real departure time was 1-00 p.m. I were granted only bottle of water for this long waiting time
2. Flight Saint-Petersburg – Yerevan – i was not able to move a chair hack – so i was in need to stay at upright position for almost 3 hours flight!
3. I had 4 flights by this company in May 2016 – 3 of them were delayed
