Peach Air

This is my second time flying Peach, and I regret it, again. The counter manager said it best: “There aren’t enough airplanes. No, I can’t do anything for you.”

I flew from Okinawa to Narita last week and today I got back to Okinawa, and it’s inconvenient. The flight going to Narita felt like I was in a theme park ride, somehow I felt sick to my stomach, and that never happened to me before. Also, they dont even offer at least water in the flights.

The peach terminal in Narita is okay, as they share with ANA, but the peach terminal in Okinawa is bad. The baggage claim is literally the staff carrying the bags and bringing it to you, no conveyor belts. Its looks like youre in a cargo or warehouse and you would have to ride a shuttle bus to go there. Aside from that it was late, I was told to arrive Okinawa at 5:17, it’s 6:30 now and I’m still waiting for the shuttle bus.

I hope they had fixed this before opening a terminal in Okinawa.

They also have “cheap flights” but after you book everything, the price doubles due to some fees. Like my ticket was supposed to be 7,200 yen or something, but it cost me 12,000 one way.

I used peach a few tines and usually I had no complaints but the last time i used them there was an error on their side and they didnt charge my card. They offered only that I pay the new day of price which was nearly 4 timeswhat I thought I paid! Showing them thr confirmation email did nothing for me. They were not helpful at all. I recommend using other discount airlines like Vanilla or Tigerair.

Fantastic experience. first time flying with peach and they were great. Check-in was simple and easy at Osaka and the crew were great. No problems at all. I am 6’2 and found the seats comfortable enought for the 1 hour flight FUK-KIX

Check-in method was easy using the self check-in machines. Baggage were checked through a machine scanner than through to the baggage drop area. Remember if you want to check in one bag or two bags, buy the bags before hand. I made the mistake of buying just one bag.

Peach Aviation staff are one of the most polite crew I have ever come across. The way in which they handle their passengers is extremely careful. I think they put most of their pride in giving their customers the most enjoyable flight experience. I believe with Peach Aviation, Passenger satisfaction comes first. There was always a smile one each crew members face. They were also able to give important information regarding the flight, when they were going to land, when they would hit turbulence also the time in which you can use the lavatory until. These announcement were also repeated in English beautifully.

One of my best flying experiences ever. I recommend Peach Aviation for anyone intending to fly domestically in Japan, or even a quick international trip to South Korea.
