    I had the displeasure to fly Emirates Melbourne to London via Dubai , Then London to Mauritius via Dubai . Finally Mauritius to Melbourne via Dubai . Conclusions …Unless you fly First Class your treated like cattle , in Cattle Class . I had to fly economy because First Class was book out solid and I had a time schedule to meet that could not be changed . The best part of the trip was Mauritius …..Like heaven on earth if you look for it . As for Emirates ….very cheap very nasty LIKE MELBOURNE AIRPORT , No airport rail link ….so 3rd world . Would gladly recommend Qatar , Cathay or Singapore Airlines .

    One of the best airlines, I fly only emirates, Excellent Customer service Best Skyward miles, food is good and seat are extremely nice

    In my book Emirates was once one of the top International Airlines. Unfortunately, standards are slipping on a number of fronts. Food which was once of a high standard has slipped. Service, which was crisp and efficient is looking a little jaded. In flight entertainment is now, at best average. Seat comfort on the A 380’s is fine, but the 777’s could do with a makeover. The pluses – checkin and luggage delivery continues to work very well.

    Flight from Dublin to Dubai and Dubai to Bali. I have been traveling around, long and short distance, and it’s probably for me the worst company for long flights. On a 7hr and 9hr flights, they came only twice with beverages, that is for dinner and breakfast/lunch; that is absolutely not acceptable for this kind of company. Yes, you get a big screen, games, movies (and most of them outdated and/or seen many times) but the service is absolutely horrible. My seat wouldn’t go up or low and the flight attendant was impatient and not helpful at all; she just pushed the button and put all her might to put my seat down, which then vould not go up when it was time to eat and the person behind me was uncomfortable. I also asked for gluten free and they said they only had 2 gluten free meals and 3 people who asked for one; no idea why I was the one who had to eat something I didn’t ask for, really. All in all, a bad service and dehydrated customers, a scandal.

    Booked Bkk to Syd Syd to Per paid for designated seat Bkkk Per leg Checkinsaidseat already taken No biggy just loss of $ 777 was chockers due to narrow width and crammed in like sardines was a horrible trip. During meal tray end of meal collection Bottle of red wine spilled onto to me . Wearing white linen and silk suit . Jacket and trousers covered.Cabin crew genuinely apologetic but no help. Upon arrival at Syd could not collect bags as they were heading off for the Domestic leg .Emirates flat out refused any help towards replacing suit or even dry cleaning Shocking customer service never ever again with that carrier
