    Worst service I’ve ever had! Beware!! Terrible rude, cold, brusque staff. Tiny baggage allowance – half any other airline. My daughter booked with Emirates as she thought it was good customer service – how wrong can you be. She paid a lot for her ticket and then misread the baggage allowance. Their web site is very badly designed and unclear. At the airport the check in staff were rude and dismissive and completely unsympathetic to a genuine mistake and also to genuine distress. My daughter was so upset at having to literally put half her belongings in the bin. The Emirates staff were smirking and totally uncaring. They also wanted to completely rip her off by charging an extortionate £600 for an extra bag! Avoid this heartless and disgraceful airline at all costs – they truly do not care and will take as much money from you as they can. Terrible service. It also took me over an hour to submit a complaint as the form “doesn’t work” very well – obstructive and extortionate. Never again

    Travelled with 2 babies and we r family of 8 total. Crews were unhelpful and rude. Food was horrible and although we ate we were hungry when we alighted. Received luggage late and 1 damaged. Sent email but took so long to reply. Send a chaser through facebook and they responded the next day. They only compensating 5 passengers instead of 8 and despite all luggages for 8 passengers were delayed more than 24 hrs. Their email team got facts wrongly in their respond and refused to escalate this when i requested. Bad service from all levels.

    The service on board was the worst. We are family of 8 with 2 babies.The rest were old enough. However the crews were unhelpful when we requested hot water for making baby milk. They were also rude. I was appalled by their service. Our flight was delayed and our luggages came after more than 24 hrs and inconveniencing us with 1 of the luggage damaged . After writing a detailed email i received a poorly written email from Shaima who got some of the facts wrong. We have 8 people but in their reply they are only compensating 5 passengers instead of 8 despite having all passengers luggage delayed. I have requested for someone from higher management to relook into my case but this was also ignored. We have travelled with sri lankan airlines, malaysia airlines, singapore airlines, thai airways and some budget airlines previously. Emirates has been the worst. Imagine rude staff, delay luggage, damage luggage and inappropriate email reply.
    I have never sat on a plane whereby when u press the call button nobody turned up. We only called when necessary. I m not sure if anyone has experience but my xperience with emirates is the worst.

    Emirates Airlines – Nice words, Irresponsible Behaviour

    Had checked in on-line for an 11:50 Dubai-Athens flight on Dec 11th. My taxi arrived at 10:40 due to the unusually heavy rain that day. Run to drop off my luggage. An Emirates employee tried to call for about 5 minutes boarding, without ANY reply. Then he refused to put me on the flight.

    What they did wrong:
    • Spend 5 minutes calling boarding, nobody replied…..then just said ‘sorry you are 2 minutes late’.
    • Didn’t try to find a solution…..repeated like robots ‘we did everything we could’.
    • Didn’t even offer a coffee, a ticket, a discount…instead suggested a wrong flight to go back home on same day.
    • Ignored my need to be on plane……didn’t propose to travel without my luggage, even though they knew I could as I had checked in on line.
    • Asked me to file a complaint…..send back a standardized blah blah reply about timings WITHOUT referring to any of my questions.

    Emirates Airlines people surely smile and talk nicely, but when things get serious they really don’t care about their customer, have no empathy, make mistakes and even worse pretend to care. Shiny on the outside, irresponsible on the inside.

    The service is Good [ not best] for a Asian looks Canadian 🙂 However it would be Best for a White Canadian. They have some discrimination for sure. I hope they would learn by now that Brown people are contributing the world more than other colours.
