    AWFUL experience on both outbound and return journey (Stockholm/NY). Outboud the inflight entertainment system didn’t work and we only saw the cabin crew (who were very unfriendly & unhelpful) when the were serving food and drink. Return the flight was delayed for nearly 2 hours and my husbands seat was like sitting on a park bench!! It was worse than flying with a budget airline. We will never fly with SAS again.
