This airline has officially confused me. I thought it was a full service airline and I paid more for it than flying on norwegian.no but when I got on board I had to pay for water and food. Tea and coffee was free but that was all. Apparently it has been like this for quite some time but I think what is the point in paying for a full service airline if you re not getting that? There was no in flight entertainment but the flight was only 2 hours so it was ok and they did offer a newspaper but not in my language. One thing SAS do have over the other airlines is their flight times and frequency – there always seems to be the perfect flight for business or holiday. I would like to say I would not use them again on principle but they are the best airline for Scandinavians traveling for work and holiday.
