I asked for a glass of water and the flight attendant told my that this was my 2nd glass of water and it is SAS policy to offer only one glass of water so I had to buy a bottle in order to have a 2nd glass. Flight purser refused to give me a 2nd glass of water and he was proud of it. My tray table was broken (could not close) during the whole flight but they did not pay any attention for this important safety issue. Most probably they were busy counting the glasses of water of the clients. No entertainment at all and very uncomfortable.
