Worst European airline for the past 20 years

I was travelling with my football team. When we landed everyone exept us were allowed to leave the aircraft. They then came up with an excuse about how clapping is rude. We were handed te but it spilled all over us because of the constant turbulence. Not doing this again 0/10

From Trondheim to Oslo. I primarily fly SAS within Norway, I have seen some minor improvement, but definitely something to be worked on if they should compare themselves to KLM-Air France. It’s comfortable for short-haul though.

From Haneda to Copenhagen. Having previously flown with them to Seoul, I was prepared to not expect much. However, I was more surprised on how awful the breakfast service was, it felt as if SAS had gone to 7 Eleven to buy dry snacks and jelly, as that was the «breakfast».

I primarily fly SAS, however I have never seen such a filthy aircraft. From Copenhagen to Incheon. Meal was ok, but very limited, passengers had a wait of 9 hours between dinner and breakfast.

Suitcase destroyed by SAS. SAS offered €114, which does not reflect value. I requested a reassessment based on Montreal Convention, however regardless several follow ups, SAS stopped responding.

We did the ARN-CPN SK1419 A320Neo with SAS, and it was the smoothest flight I've ever experienced. Barely felt like we on a flight. Great pilot communication and crew.

They claim a name can be changed on ticket, but apparently not if it's a partner operated flights, despite them owning the ticket

My wife and I flew Business Class between GVA and JFK. Couldn't have asked for better amenities or service from cabin crew. Far better than US domestic carriers I flown on recently. SAS is now on top of the list of our favourite carriers!
