    I have never dealt with an airline that is so unwilling and insensitive to the wellbeing of their customers to assist them even during emergencies such as illness. I contacted Norwegian Airline an entire day before cancelling the flights for my cousin and her son who were unable to travel on December 23, 2015 due to illness. I purchased the insurance policy incase of illness and now the airline is refusing to accept the medical certificate provided to them from my cousins doctor because it is in French even though I was told by the customer representative that day I should submit it. I feel like this is fraudulent to sell insurance on foreign island(French) travel that you won’t honor because it’s not in English or Norwegian! I am very disappointed and will go through my credit card company to fight this dispute as I believe that Norwegian Airlines does not work in good faith of their customers and is pouring INSULT AND DISTRESS TO An Unfortunate situation such as ILLNESS Showing little or No COMPASSION OR UNDERSTANDING for their customers well being!!
