The customer service at Norwegian Airlines is terrible. I was overcharged for an in-flight purchase. They do not offer any customer service over the phone, so I was asked to fill out a contact form. Which I did. It took four weeks to get a reply (despite repeated follow-ups), which basically stated: tough luck, we won’t help you.
I am grateful that I only had a minor problem. I would hate to have to deal with this airline for anything major, like missing or damaged luggage, cancelled or delayed flights, or any reimbursements of any kind.
