    7 July 2014 flight Bodo Norway (BOO) to London-Gatwick (LGW) with stopover/plane change in Oslo (OSL)
    Original 7:00 AM flight cancelled by Norwegian with no warning; rebooking help non existent; finally booked flight 9 hours later causing missed connections/lost lodging. Requested documentation of cancelled flight for insurance purposes but no response to date (August 1). In addition, flight attendants assured us gates for Oslo plane change were adjacent but were actually 51 apart, separated by Duty Free shops & security, causing us to almost miss our connection (luggage didn’t make it). Norwegian Air customer service is the worst in the industry. We’ll never fly with them again.
