JFK – ARN, overnight flight. Premium economy was terrific and completely worth the money. Seats don’t go flat, but much better than coach. The seats are like business class with incredible leg room. Nice, big windows, attentive staff, departed and arrived on time, with luggage waiting on the carousel when I made it there. Perfectly smooth experience. Food was fine, wine was decent, breakfast was pretty good (though coffee was terrible!). Overall, I was very pleased.
