    1. They cancelled my flight and sent me an email in Indonesian in which they put my connecting flights in the wrong order, making it look like they lined up. Flight was cancelled most likely simply because it didn’t fill up.
    2. Sent me an email in English 3 hours before my flight, telling me that my flights don’t line up and I have to call in to confirm them.
    3. When I called them, they told me that even though I would now have to spend a night in Jakarta, I would not be given a hotel room, I’d have to provide for myself.
    4. When I was checking in my luggage, I was surprised to find out that I can only take 15kg of luggage instead of usual 20kg – which I see first time in years of travelling. I was told that I’d have to pay around $100 dollars for overweight – on each flight!
    5. When I went to the manager to complain about the situation I’ve seen a line of customers who also got their tickets cancelled, and they were getting some letter that would grant them a hotel room. I asked them for my overweight luggage fee to be waived – which was granted.
    6. I had to do a lot of screaming when checking into my connecting flight to get the promised to me luggage fee waiver.
    7. During the flight, I wouldn’t be given water, because they don’t accept USD apparently.
    8. When I got my luggage it was soaking wet.
