Madrid to Buenos Aires round trip – April May 2014. Thirteen hour flight, no entertainment – no personal screen, a time travel back of decades! Seat choice in not free of charge until the on-line check-in, when it is too late to choose it if the plane is full, as it was in my case. Impossible to confirm the choice of a special meal on their website (probably because I was commuting from Paris), and very hard to get someone on the phone, a long wait listening to an automatic message. On the connecting flight from and to Paris not even a glass of water for fee. It was the cheaper flight on this route, true. But the quality is far below the standards and definitely unacceptable. Iberia? No thanks, I hope never again!
