Iberia airlines is one of the most unorganized airlines I have ever taken. After a minor booking issue I had to go through multiple helplines in order to reverse locations of a departing and returning flight. The booking process was extremely unorganized and hard to follow. It is a scam if you make any mistakes in terms of booking. I do NOT suggest this airline to anyone who wants an affordable flight that won’t scam you for minor mistakes.
