1. This voucher is only valid for use within six (6) months of the issuance date stated. The voucher holder ("Holder") does not need to be a passenger of the flight ("Passenger") for any voucher redeemed.
2. Each seat shall be for the sector stated on the voucher. Any requests to change sector(s) are strictly not allowed and will not be entertained.
3. Both travel and redemption periods must be within the time frame as stated (outgoing and return flights must be completed within this period) and are non-refundable, non-transferable and not exchangeable for any other benefits in kind.
4. The validity period of this voucher cannot be extended. Any voucher not redeemed within the validity period shall be deemed surrendered and forfeited. There will be no extension given once the validity period has expired.
5. This voucher is not for sale and is non-convertible to cash of any kind. Void if amended, transferred, purchased, sold or prohibited by law. Bookings made under this Voucher are non-refundable, non-transferable and not exchangeable for any other benefits in kind.
6. The voucher is applicable for the BASE FARE of the flight only. The voucher DOES NOT include all relevant airport taxes and fees, insurance surcharge, Service Fee, and Baggage, Seat and other costs of a personal nature, including but not limited to travel insurance, passports, visas and taxes. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of each Holder/Passenger.
7. The Holder/Passenger is solely responsible for the payment of all airport taxes, insurance, and administration fee and other surcharges to be paid to AirAsia for the booking of seats, and the payment must be made with payment options available during voucher redemption.
8. Each voucher shall be redeemed for 1 Passenger only, and this voucher can only be used once.
9. All flight bookings made are subject to seat availability. Bookings CANNOT be made on flights during weekends (Weekends refer to Friday & Saturday), the eve of public holidays, public holidays and other embargo periods. (based on respective countries' calendars).
10. Bookings must be made more than seven (7) days prior to departure.
11. Once a booking is confirmed with this voucher, the Holder/Passenger is strictly not allowed or permitted to make a flight change, flight date/ time change or a name change.
12. AirAsia accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss (including but not limited to direct, indirect, and consequential loss, liability, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the Holder/Passenger in connection with the redemption of this voucher.
13. AirAsia retains the right to substitute the voucher with another of similar value in the event the original voucher offered is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
14. By making a booking, the Holder/Passenger is deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions of this voucher as well as AirAsia's terms and conditions of carriage available at airasia.com.
15. AirAsia reserves the right to amend the Complimentary Voucher terms and conditions herein at any time without prior notice.
16. Cancellation, Changes of Schedules: At any time after a booking has been made, AirAsia may change the Schedules and/or cancel, terminate, divert, postpone, reschedule or delay any flight due to circumstances beyond its control or for reasons of safety or commercial reasons. In the event of such flight cancellation, AirAsia shall, at its discretion, carry you at the earliest opportunity on other scheduled services without additional charge.
