Colombia is back in the news after dramatic video emerged of a cargo plane clipping a fence as it overshoots the runway, briefly takes to the air and then crashes.

The Aerosucre Colombia Boeing 727-200 cargo plane was carrying freight from Puerto Carreno to Bogota.

The aircraft can be seen breaking through the airport perimeter fences and getting airborne before losing height about three minutes later and hitting the ground about 5 nautical miles from the airport.

The Aviation Herald reported that four of the five-member crew died in the crash.
