    Never again with air Asia
    Traveled from Kuala Lumpur to Melbourne
    During the flight I felt cold because of the air condition was too HIGH and I was thirsty
    I asked the air hostess for a water and a blanket
    I gave my card to the hostess for the payment
    She turns around and tells me
    ” we use only credit card, your card its debit we we can’t use it”
    Unbelievable my experience with them
    It’s been one week after I arrived Melbourne and I am still sick
    Was my first and the last time flying with them

    I flown from Kuala Lumpur to Sydney a flight which is 7,5 hours long.
    I’ve asked nicely for a water because I think it’s normal for a long way like this to get a water but the staff was very rude and didn’t gave me anything (only for people who booked it).
    It’s very inhuman to get no water in 7,5 hours, only if you pay!
    Our first flight from Phuket to Kuala Lumpur was again delayed so when we arrived in KLP we’ve ran to the next terminal because it was already boarding so we didn’t get the chance to buy or take any water!
    It’s really unearthly to offer no free water in a flight which is so long!

    I’ve flown so many times with many different airlines but something like (don’t get ONLY A WATER in 7,5 hours without paying) I’ve never experienced!

    Baddest airline and staff ever! I’ll not recommend anyone AirAsia and I’ll never fly with this airline again!

    EDITORS COMMENT: Most low cost carriers are like this. Anything you want on board is to be paid for including water – not something we agree with but that is what low cost carriers are are.

    NEVER AGAIN:
    Usually i dont write reviews, but in this case i feelf obliged to warn other gullible travelers. Do not fly with this joke of an airline. While living in Singapore i gave it a try flying to KL, the flight had a delay of two hours. Okay bad luck, these things happen I thought.
    Than back to singapore, one hour delay.
    Than to Manila, the flight got cancelled.
    Than from jakarta to Singapore, 4,5 hours delay…
    Everytime i contacted the staff about some kind of compensation i was rudely turned down and basically told where to go.
    The nice lady at the counter told me a could purchase the right to wait in their lounge for an extracharge.
    If you use this Airline your fligt will be cancelled or delayed, you will get no compensation or even an apology. Their customer service is a total farce.
    My guess is their airplanes are so old and so poorlx maintaned that they have technical problems all the time… decide for yourself.
    If you plan to arrive at your destination in time and relaxed take any other airline, or the bus. Or walk. All will be better than flying with Air delayed Asia.

    Staff Jennifer at the counter was very helpful, very friendly and she knew her job very well. Very courteous. Air Asia is very lucky to have a staff of her caliber.

    We they organised a flight to KL and onto Cambodia. We had flown with AirAsia in the pass with no problem, but this time we had dramas from day one. First, our flight was changed without notice from Sydney to KL without notice. The change was due to our second leg of our flight was cancelled. We were staying the night in KL anyone, so we would have been happy to take the later flight to Cambodia the next day. We had spent over two hours on the phone to AirAsia with no resolution. We had lodged a claim for a refund over 40 days ago, with no response. Our next drama came when we were flying back. We arranged a stop over through KL, but AirAsia does not allow you to leave the airport. We had done this before with no drama. Since AirAsia had increased there prices, they have reduced customer service.
