    Economy Class

    • Choice of hot meals served on flights over two hours; snacks and refreshments served on domestic and international flights over 90 minutes
    • Audio/Video On Demand on all aircraft except the A321 with over head screens
    • Seat pitch of 32 inch with 5-6 inch recline
    • Blankets and pillows available on medium and long haul flights
    • Baggage allowance of no less than 20kg but varies with flight

    Premium Economy

    • Offered only on A350s and 787s
    • Meal and beverage service similar to economy
    • Audio/Video On Demand
    • Seat pitch of 38 inch with 8 inch recline on the A350 and 42 inch with 7 inch recline on the 787
    • Amenity kit, blanket and pillow provided
    • Baggage allowance of 40kg

    Business Class

    • Hot meals served on flights over two hours; snacks and refreshments served on domestic and international flights over 60 minutes; appetizer, choice of hot main course, variety of breads and desserts served on flights to and from Europe, Japan, Korea and Australia. Full bar and on demand snack service.
    • Audio/Video On Demand on all aircraft except the A321 with over head screens
    • In seat power on all aircraft except the A321
    • Seats in a staggered layout on the 787 and A350 transform in to lie flat beds. Seats on the A330 recline to a 170 degree angle and have a 62 inch pitch.  Business seats on the A321 have a 45 inch seat pitch and reclining distance of 10 inch
    • Blankets, pillows and luxury amenity kits provided on medium/long haul routes
    • Baggage allowance of no less than 30kg but varies with flight
    • First took flight in September 1956 operating regular flights to just 2 domestic destinations
    • Grew its network over the next few decades becoming an international airline after the Vietnam war
    • Officially established as the country’s national flag carrier in April 1993
    • After trade embargo was lifted in 1994 the airline was able to purchase western built aircraft
    • Received its first Boeing aircraft, the 777 in 2003
    • Joined SkyTeam in June 2010
    • Will be the first Asian carrier to operate the A350 aircraft
