I had a very good flight. I was worried because it was very heavily booked and all the over-carriage had been taken up around my seat (which was near the front) since my zone was last to board. I eventually found space far to the back of the plane. I asked a flight attendant what could be done. I was worried because often in these situations people in service have left me hanging. But he came through, and early during the flight he rearranged baggage to make room near my seat. He was also a humorous fellow and gave the usual flight procedures a new charm.

I’ve rarely had a good experience with Westjet. Two years ago a flight attendant removed me from the plane because I was coughing on the plane. Instead of allowing me to seek medical attention sje simply made me wait 5 hours at the airport for the next flight. Very irresponsible.

Great and helpfully service

Worst flight ever between Vancouver and Toronto and back,plane seats were designed by a fiend for torturing people,funny back no leg room no tv no anything never had such a horrible flight. You pay for EVERYTHING .

We missed our flight by 5 mins. It had 2 stops. They kindly rebooked us on the very next flight non stop! Love them for doing this for us. Staff was very kind and considerate . Always spacious and always a smile ! Love west jer . Will never fly any other !
