    I would advise against taking this Airline I had tickets to fly from LaGuardia to Toronto and Toronto to Quebec on May 1st 2017 as I preferred my boarding pass I was told I was not in the system even though I had a boarding pass and then it was well we’ve decided that since you’re flight from Toronto to Quebec has been cancelled we think you should just stay in New York period self course I couldn’t get on the plane I took me 3 hours to get them to agree to pay for a hotel room and now they tell me they have no reason to compensate me for anything even though we lost 24 hours of a vacation .
    They told Travelocity they don’t know why they’re Grand stsff wouldn’t let us on the plane. However I received a message today saying it’s not our policy we really shouldn’t but we’re going to give you $150 of WestJet dollars. This is for two round trip tickets-‘doesn’t matter what these tickets cost do not use this Airline

    Changed flights with West Jet due to an emergency with ETA. Alaska took care of everything and confirmed with West Jet the change in schedule. When trying to reschedule with West Jet they said the flight was never changed and if it was they would be happy to accommodate us. Due to this clerical error, which showed in West Jet’s system, we needed to purchase two additional tickets.

    BUYER BEWARE: any issues that arise while flying with West Jet will not be met with a positive customer experience. West Jet does NOT care about its customers at all.

    Please note that since our experience with West Jet did not allow us to fly that the flight ratings do not reflect the experience. The experience was horrible without even having to step foot on an airplane.

    I have flown many airlines, and West Jet often. I have had only one less than stellar flight with West Jet. And when I contacted them about the issue, they were great and dealt with the issue. I recommend them to anyone. No person or business is perfect, But they by enlarge stand out both in their field and within Business has a whole.

    Fantastic service from James and the Gatwick London airport team on May 5th, 2017. The flight home was excellent as usual. Proud to call WestJet Canadian!

    I bought a ticket for my parents to come to Calgary and also asked for the wheelchair service as my mom(64) can’t walk independently and taking into account the short time they were given to get on their connection flight in Toronto. The lady that was supposed to take my mom to the connection gate suddenly left my parents by themselves when getting on an elevator and didn’t show up again even though she knew the way my parents were supposedly taking. As a result, my dad had to deal with pushing the wheelchair and their baggage at the same time while going through the connection process. very disappointing as I had strong reasons to ask for this service. they finally made their way to the connection way but carrying a big stress. I buy between 2 and 5 of 800-dollar flight every year. as of today 5/3/2017, I have bought 6 flights and still looking at 4 more.
