    Excellent
    on my journey from London Gatwick to Houston IAH, we stopped at Calgary and Vancouver. For the price of the ticket, it was excellent. On return though within the same ticket, the aeroplane was excellent. Good people.

    It was back in the month of July 2019.

    I am trying to recall more. But on overall, this was excellent.

    uncomfortable seats. no charging ports and no tvs. The flight was half empty and we could not sit next to each other because we had to pay $35 per passenger to sit together. watered down coffee and flat soda. extremely bumpy and the landing was even worse. There were people screaming because we felt like we were going to crash. Missing and broken luggage. Denied my connecting flight because I did not PRINT my LUGGAGE TAG 3 hours before the flight. (I was already checked in 5hours before)

    My cousin and her children (two under two) flew London ON -> Halifax on March 19, 2019. BEFORE BOOKING her flights, she called Westjet to confirm that she could fly alone with both children. Westjet said it was fine so she booked their tickets. Multiple times AFTER that, she called just to make sure she could fly with two kids, and each time they okayed it. Flights to Nova Scotia = no issues. On her way home on April 9, she got to the Halifax airport and was told that she wasn’t allowed to travel alone with her children. She explained that Westjet had confirmed multiple times that it was okay and they let her board. She then got to Toronto Pearson Airport and was told that she could not board her final flight to London because she was alone with her kids. She explained that this was the last leg of her journey and she had had no issues so far. They absolutely refused to let her board/take another flight. She was stranded for HOURS at night in the Toronto airport until her children’s dad could drive FROM LONDON to come get them and take them home.

    West Jet sucks. Their customer service sucks and their employees have no clue what they’re doing. They call themselves a “low cost” airline but that is utter bollocks.
