    I was extremely disappointed by westjet once again. we were not just delayed but cancelled for 2 days! I could’ve been working and making money for these two days instead my 14 day vacation has been shortened to 12 days and I have to pay for 2 days lodging in St. Lucia which I won’t even be enjoying and on top of it all we missed a wedding where my friend was to be the best man. Add to that the money spent getting to and fro the airport twice now. It’s unacceptable that Westjet could not accomodate us with another airline leaving the same day or next day when there were indeed seats available. From being told by the westjet clerk at the airport that I would have to complain on the phone to the clerk on the phone telling me I should complain at customer service at the airport they seem adept at passing the buck but not solving problems of their loyal customers.

    Delayed us 3 times. Made us miss international flights and won’t take responsibility after we asked them to switch us the first time we were delayed.

    Title says it all. Don’t let the cheap prices fool you! Customer service is horrible; they were not helpful at all. I missed my departure flight and ended up booking another flight with the intention that my returning flight would still be there- but it was not. Their “policy” is that once you miss one part of the flight the other automatically gets cancelled. I definitely can’t rely on West Jet at all!
    EDITORS COMMENT: We think this is so wrong but most airlines do it and we don’t agree with it at all.

    We were flying out of Cancun Mexico Nov 12 2016 our flight was to leave at 6:10 pm we finally got out of Cancun about 9;00 .Then we were told there was only crackers and drinks for our 6 hour flight.I will never fly West Jet again!!! Plus your seats are extremely uncomfortable.I also don’t have an I Pad and my phone is just that a phone so now you want to gouge me for an I Pad to watch movies.I’m done with you people .First and last time I fly with you!!!

    Great airline. Took a total of six planes from Phoenix to Ireland and back and the staff was great. On each flight they were attentive and friendly making a 16 hour travel day easier
